Collin Barr Jr.

Collin joined TaTonka Real Estate Advisors in 2025, bringing with him a strong professional background shaped by over seven years in brokerage advisory services at Colliers International and seven years in software sales, where he closed many complex deals in the Twin Cities and across the US. Collin grew up in the industry and developed a passion for commercial real estate from an early age, as his father (Collin Sr.) served as a CRE developer for over three decades. Known for his high integrity, strong work ethic, and excellent communication, Collin is committed to helping clients secure the best possible outcomes in every transaction.

Collin and his wife Molly live in Shorewood with their three kids, Milroy, Willie and Mabel. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the lake with his family and caddying for his kids on the golf course.
