Tim specializes in Sales and Leasing activities within both the Minneapolis Central Business District and Suburban markets. He is dedicated to providing excellent service and is an asset to his clients serving office, medical, industrial, investment and land requirements. Tim’s determination and drive have earned him the respect of both clients and his peers. Tim is pursuing his CCIM designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member and consistently invests in furthering his education. He is a graduate of St. Cloud State University with a B.S. degree in marketing. He is active in the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) as well as the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) where he serves on the program committee. Tim is an avid golfer, and enjoys traveling and the outdoors with his wife Kerry.
