With over twenty seven years experience as a sales and marketing executive and management consultant, Bruce understands the value of a well defined and executed real estate strategy. Prior to beginning his career in commercial real estate, Bruce was the Vice President / General Manager of a division of Select Comfort and a management consultant for over twenty years serving both large (Fortune 100) and small clients in diverse industries. Bruce serves his clients with excellence by drawing on this deep experience to effectively analyze client real estate needs and provide creative and financially beneficial solutions, ensuring that their real estate is a strategic asset to their business.
Bruce is an active member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR), the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Bruce lives in Shoreview with his wife and daughter and enjoys golf, boating, snowmobiling, mountain climbing, travel and reading.
